The Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday Free Workout Collection

I started doing Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday’s at the start of the year, and they’ve been making appearances ever since.

My regular Personal Training clients, and my Kickstart Bootcamp-ers will maybe recognise some of the mix of accessible classic circuit exercises, some cardio, some body weight resistance training, all in a bit of a H.I.I.T. format.

They’re super simple, there’s no equipment needed, and with most sequences having 4-5 separate exercises, for about 30 seconds each, and repeated 2 to 3 times, it’s a 15 minute blast of movement that you can do indoors in front of the TV, or outdoors warming up the BBQ.
