Yes it's a bit windy & freezin at the minute (my trusty Miami Dolphins hat was not coming off for love nor money) but here's some ideas for a 6 station workout for indoors or to warm you up outdoors this weekend featuring...

  • Jumping Lunges

  • Spotty Dogs

  • Push Ups

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Burpees

  • Jumping Jacks

Give each exercise a try for 30 secs, and repeat 2 to 3 times for a 15 minute fantastic Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday.

I love getting outside for some fresh air and daylight - especially at this time of year! The Titanic Quarter is one of my favourite 'wee' walks – perfect if you don't have much time, it's not far and there's tea.
