Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday - back at Titanic Quarter, Belfast

OK sooooo it's *still* a bit windy & freezin at the minute, my trusty hat collection is still coming in handy, and i've some more ideas for a 5 station workout for indoors or to warm you up outdoors this weekend featuring... 

  • Jogging On The Spot 

  • Plank Crunches

  • Wide Squat Thrusts 

  • Pike Walks

  • Plank Punches

I love getting outside for some fresh air and daylight - especially at this time of year! The Titanic Quarter is one of my favourite 'wee' walks – perfect if you don't have much time, it's not far and there's tea. 

Give each exercise a try for 30 secs, and repeat 2 to 3 times for a 15 minute Fantastic Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday - have a great weekend!
