Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday – back in Ormeau Park, Belfast

Another Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday for today, the weekend, next week, whenever you feel like!

They’ve been predicting thunderstorms for at least a week now, but we’ve had two super sunny nights for our second last week of Kickstart Bootcamp for this set, so let’s just keep ignoring the forecast and get out and enjoy it!

Super simple, no-equipment, 4 station cardio workout featuring:

  • Squat Variation

  • Smiling Walkouts

  • Jumping Lunges

  • The Dreaded Burpee…

Give each exercise a try for 30 secs, and repeat 2 to 3 times for a 15 minute fantastic Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday!
