Big thank you to the team at Abacus Talent Group for joining me recently at the Fitness Belfast Studio for a Yoga For Positive Mental Health workshop, as part of their company wide January “Most KMs a Day” challenge!

This fun and educational workshop combines foundational yoga postures with calming breathing techniques that help reduce stress & anxiety, and help promote positive mental health.⁣
