Desk Yoga & 5 top tips for Wellness at Work: Fitness Belfast at Workplace Wellbeing LIVE

Last Tuesday morning we partnered with Vital Nutrition for Workplace Wellbeing LIVE at the Mac, Belfast. An event to showcase a full spectrum of workplace wellbeing providers, each highlighting the importance of nutrition, stress reduction, diversity, inclusion, and movement in employee wellbeing. And breakfast!

We were honoured to join the incredible line up of speakers from Diversity Mark, Vitalis Health, as well as Jane from Vital Nutrition, and showcase stands from NICHS, Linwoods and Inspire Wellbeing.

We shared our “5 Top Tips to get your team movin’, groovin’ & feeling great”, and then put them into practice with some grooving in the room – a fun, short chair yoga & movement workshop, hopefully highlighting to all of the attendees how we can all feel so much better if we just move a little more.

Everyone threw themselves in, and there were even some laughs, so I think it worked 😊🕺

And we take those laughs, and Workplace Wellness seriously, with our top tips and moves are based on our nearly 10 years of experience bringing workplace wellbeing to awesome forward thinking companies like FinTrU, Education Authority (Northern Ireland), Belfast Metropolitan College, Titanic Belfast and more.
