Welcome to Kickstart Bootcamp!

Kickstart Bootcamp combines the immense physical benefits of cardiovascular and resistance training, with a deeply grounding weekly yoga practice, perfect for any body - from novice, to experienced #BootcampSuperstar.

Kickstart Bootcamp provides a hugely supportive foundation for those who may be nervous about commencing a new active lifestyle or may be overwhelmed with where to start. Everyone on board works hard, however the classes are structured on sweating and smiling in equal amounts!

Kickstart Bootcamp is also perfect for those hoping to:

  • Increase strength and mobility

  • Most importantly - have fun!

All sessions will take place in Club Vitae @ Clayton Hotel, Ormeau Ave, on the following dates:
Mondays @ 7.15pm
 - 25 September; 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 October
Fridays @ 6.15pm - 29 September; 6, 13, 20, 27 October; 3 November
Saturdays @ 7.15am - 30 September; (Sunday 8th), 14, 21, 28 October; 4 November

Monday & Friday will mix accessible classic circuit training and full body movements, with resistance training, free weights and breath led core training.
Saturdays will see us switch to beginners styled and breath led Vinyasa yoga practice - KickstartFlo
