Perfect as an afternoon treat or as part of a meal after strenuous exercise, These little balls of love are stacked full of protein & even a novice with the right ingredients could roll them together in under 5 minutes.
To roll them together you will need;
- 1 cup of your favourite protein powder blend. I used a chocolate vegan blend.
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
- Pop all ingredients in food processor & blitz until all ingreients bind together.
- Roll into 8-10 balls & roll in the dessicated coconut
- Enjoy immediately or pop in fridge & enjoy after a few hours 👍
