πŸ”₯ Perfect as a grounding warm up to a longer flow or as a simple everyday mobility sequence to combat strain associated with poor posture in the workplace. Particularly in jobs calling for long periods of sitting at a computer.

😌 When moving, focus on a deep grounding inhale that explores the entire body & a soft smooth exhale that calms a chattering mind and releases any physical tension.

β›°- Starting in mountain pose. Seek balance and strength whilst standing tall & breathing deeply for 5 breaths.

πŸ€” Arm Circles - sweep arms overhead as you inhale & rotate open as you exhale for 5 breaths.

πŸ‹οΈ Shoulder exploration - Take arms overhead, interlock fingers, flip palms toward ceiling & explore at centre and twisting to either side for 5 breaths each.

❣ Heart opener - interlock fingers or thumbs behind back pressing palms away from the body & explore how it feels to shine the heart forward for 5 breaths.

πŸ‘΄ Forward fold/ shoulder stretch - Enjoy 5 breaths in a deep forward fold with fingers or thumbs still in a bind, allowing head to be heavy & chin to fold towards chest.
