Simple & feisty Nutribullet salsa

Simply pop the following ingredients in your #nutribullet or other handheld blender & blitz for 2-6 seconds depending on desired consistency.

  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 2-3 vine tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1 fresh chilli

And then add 2 teaspoonfuls of paprika & some salt

The Nutribullet has been my ultra convenient go to piece of kit for all hummus, nut butter, salsa & aubergine dips for many months now but I am always keen to learn more so feel free to share.
