Gave it a shake and will enjoy in the am before work. The great thing about this technique is it tastes great and the possibilities for ingredients are endless. I regularly enjoy adding whey protein, banana, nut butter, cashews, almonds, walnuts, coconut and many other bits.
#vegan clients are regularly prescribed a mixture of oats, almond or rice milk & fruit & nuts also.
I find this type of breakfast particularly useful when training heavy mid morning & I'm need of a little extra fuel.
