I’m absolutely thrilled to be announced as a finalist TWICE in the Northern Ireland Health & Fitness Awards 2019 – for Yoga/Pilates Provider of the Year AND Best Male Personal Trainer of the Year!

It's such a privilege to be shortlisted again this year, last year’s ceremony was such a great experience, and I even came home with an award for BroFlo Yoga for Guys – now available as an online programme! ;)
