P.P.S Some things to know - the prize is a spot at my upcoming Outdoor Kickstart Bootcamp (Tuesdays @ 6.15pm – 23, 30 July; 6, 13, 20, 27 August; 3, 10 September 2019 and Thursdays @ 6.15pm – 25 July; 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 August; 5, 12 September 2019) worth £105 and there is no alternative - cash or anything else! The winner will need to fill out a physical activity readiness questionnaire and be eligible for taking part in exercise. You can take part in this competition via my Instagram or Facebook posts, and entries will be combined into one draw, with one winner.
