I’m so proud to be finally able to talk about a project I was involved in last year - a Channel 4 documentary called The Making of Me - about the transformations of nine people who are changing their gender.

I was super humbled and excited in late 2017 to be recruited by RDF Television to help mentor, train and educate Andrew to be physically and mentally ready for the next stage of his transition.

I worked, and continue to work, with my client, and now friend Andrew, for one year, using elements of personal training, nutritional coaching and yoga to ensure he smashed his goal of losing 45lb (20kg). You can find out more about our work together in the video below.

Andrew’s journey is featured in The Making of Me, Episode 3, Monday 25 February 2019 @ 10pm on Channel 4 - you can catch up here - you might even spot me too 🤓

Being a part of Andrew’s incredibly courageous transformation has been amongst the most rewarding work of my career. His dedication to, and enthusiasm for, all elements of his programme with me (despite the very obvious hardships that any individual transitioning gender faces) was infectious, he worked extremely hard and continues to reap the rewards.

I’m extremely proud of you mate - congratulations - you got this!
