Thank you so very much to all the yogis, bootcamp superstars, bro’s from BroFlo, friends, family & baby Santa who came out to support my Walking In A Winter Wonderland 2019 event.

A new route from Gasworks to HMS Caroline, topped off with some yin yoga and vegan sammmmmiches in the new Fitness Belfast Studio, AND just over £300 raised for The Royal Victoria Hospital Perinatal Trust.

A great little break in a hectic December. See you next year!

My nephew on his annual visit to the Regional Neonatal Unit at the Royal Maternity Hospital to deliver ‘Jared’s Gifts’ and see some friendly faces :)
