Personal Training - 5 session Kickstart Plan

My #KICKSTART plan is an introduction into one on one coaching and the lifestyle required to successfully achieve your goals. Through an in depth & in person consultation I can develop a plan that is not only reflective of your current skills and habits, but also helps you to fine tune those skills and habits to better suit your goals.

This is achieved through 5 x 1 hour personal training sessions culminating in a bespoke exercise plan customised for your computer or Smartphone that allows you to continue to use the exercises long after your fifth session.

Here’s an overview of what to expect

  • An in person 30 minute consultation, pre-training

  • Five one-hour, one-on-one personal training sessions

  • Access to the Fitness Belfast app with bespoke at home programmes & instructional videos

  • Re-assessment of body composition on completion of 5 sessions

  • Advice on how best to continue your journey!
