I care passionately about bringing yoga to those whom I feel need it most, those who may be interested in starting but ultimately are overwhelmed or guys like me who are curious about the benefits of practicing regularly but may feel uncomfortable - that's why I've created my two programmes - BroFlo - Yoga for Guys and KickstartFlo - Yoga for Every Body – open to anyone curious about developing a regular practice.
KickstartFlo is a programme of free flowing Vinyasa styled yoga for beginners who would like to practice in a fun and supportive environment. KickstartFlo aims to provide a solid foundation for those keen to explore the benefits of a regular group yoga practice or develop a practice at home.
KickstartFlo can help:
Improve core strength
Improve postural control and mobility
Reduce lower back strain
Reduce stress and anxiety
Increase feelings of calm
My latest KickstartFlo 6 week programme will run Monday’s at 7am on 28 October; 4, 11, 18, 25 November; 2 December 2019, in the Studio, Club Vitae Belfast.

Spaces are limited to 15
Payment upon sign up ensures your place in all sessions listed, and no refunds can be issued for weeks missed.
In the unlikely event that a change or cancellation is made to a session or sessions, an alternative time or venue will be given ensuring all sessions are delivered.

I've been a hugely passionate yogi for over 5 years now, and feel that a regular yoga practice has had a profound effect on my physical and mental health. I feel stronger, more mobile and more confident than I have ever felt and yoga is a hugely contributing factor.
I have studied and practiced yoga (in particular Vinyasa Flow) with some incredible teachers over the past 5 years in order to share with people the amazing benefits a regular practice has brought me.
In 2017 I graduated at Flow Studio Belfast as a YTT 200 Yoga Teacher and look forward to a lifelong commitment to learning in this field. More recently, I've also taken up teaching within this amazing community and am extremely proud to be a part of their team.
