Kickstart Bootcamp provides a hugely supportive foundation for those who may be nervous about commencing a new active lifestyle or may be overwhelmed with where to start. Everyone on board works hard, however the classes are structured on sweating and smiling in equal amounts!

Kickstart Bootcamp is also perfect for those hoping to:

  • Decrease stress and increase mental well being
  • Improve exercise technique
  • Improve weight management skills
  • Increase strength and mobility
  • Meet new people
  • Most importantly - have fun!

Sessions will take place:
Tuesdays @ 6.30pm in Ormeau Park
 - (25 July; 1, 8, 22, 29 August;  5, 12, 19 September)
Thursdays @ 6.30pm Ormeau Park - (27 July; 3, 10, 24, 31 August; 7, 14, 21 September)
Saturdays @ 7.15am in Club Vitae @ Clayton Hotel, Ormeau Ave  - (29 July; 5, 12, 26 August; 2, 9, 16, 23 September)

Tuesday & Thursday will mix accessible classic circuit training and full body movements, with resistance training, free weights and breath led core training.
Saturdays will see us switch to beginners styled and breath led Vinyasa yoga practice.

Outdoor sessions: Tuesdays & Thursdays = £95 for 8 weeks {16 x 1 hour Kickstart Bootcamp sessions}
Outdoor sessions + indoor yoga: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturday = £140 for 8 weeks {24 x 1 hour Kickstart Bootcamp sessions}
