Check out these awesome spicy chickpea & kale burgers! Only 5 ingredients & ready in 15 minutes! Perfect as an introduction to how simple Vegetarian cooking can be.
1) Pop few large handfuls of kale & 1 onion in food processor & blitz it up to your liking.
2) Add the kale & onion to a large mixing bowl (w) tin of chick peas, sweetcorn & 2 teaspoons of harissa paste & mash it all together with a potato masher or fork.
3) Add some salt and pepper to season the mix & roll into burger shaped patties (if its a little sloppy add some flour to thicken)
4) Pop in the oven for 15 minutes.
Enjoy with some #avocado & lettuce in your favourite bun.
