Peanut butter & chocolate protein balls ready in 5 minutes!

Perfect as an afternoon treat or as part of a meal after strenuous  exercise, These little balls of love are stacked full of protein & even a novice with the right ingredients could roll them together in under 5 minutes.

 

To roll them together you will need;

 

  • 1 cup of your favourite protein powder blend. I used a chocolate vegan blend.
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut flour

 

How to:

 

  1. Pop all ingredients in food processor & blitz until all ingreients bind together.
  2. Roll into 8-10 balls & roll in the dessicated coconut
  3. Enjoy immediately or pop in fridge & enjoy after a few hours 👍
