Asparagus ideas? Try a grilled chilli asparagus & avocado salad
1. Preheat oven to a medium/high heat (200degrees)
2. Place asparagus in a sealable container. Add olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, & chilli flakes and shake it all up.
3. Pour it all out onto a oven tray and grill for about 10 minutes.
5. Add to a simple salad consisting of sliced avocado, vine tomato, spinach & cashews.
The nutritional yeast gives the asparagus a slightly cheesy flavour & the chilli obviously provides a little kick which make this an excellent side salad or starter option - delicious!
